Introduction

These Terms govern your access to and use of CredLine’s services (“Platform”), provided by Pocket Solutions Africa Limited (“CredLine”, “we”, “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree, do not use our services.

• Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration details.

• Services Provided

CredLine provides unsecured loans and financial tools via our Platform. Loan approval is subject to internal credit assessments and applicable laws. Each loan’s terms—including interest rate, tenure, and penalties—will be disclosed prior to acceptance.

• User Responsibilities
  • Maintain account confidentiality
  • Promptly report unauthorized access
  • Do not misuse or reverse-engineer the Platform
  • Do not submit false information or use our services for illegal activity
    
    
• Credit Assessment & Data Use

By using CredLine, you consent to us:

  • Verifying your data with credit bureaus, banks, and regulators

• Loan Repayment & Default

You agree to repay all loans in full, on or before the due date. Default may lead to:

• • Late fees and service restrictions
  • Reporting to credit bureaus
  • Use of recovery partners or legal action
  • Additional recovery costs borne by you
    
    
• Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute content without prior written consent.

• Third-Party Services

We may link to external services or tools. CredLine is not responsible for their content or data practices. Use them at your own risk.

• Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CredLine is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, data, or goodwill. Our maximum liability is limited to any fees paid by you for the services involved.

• Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CredLine and its affiliates against any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

• Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms or suspicion of fraud. All outstanding obligations, including unpaid loans, will survive termination.

• Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Nigerian law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of Nigeria as applicable.
